Description of vacuum frying machine
Under vacuum condition, the vacuum frying machine will use the heat-conducting medium and lower the temperature to finish the dehydration of raw material (all kinds of fruits, vegetables, nuts, beans, meats, small seafood and so on).
It is made from food grade 304 stainless steel and is deep-frying apparatus used to lessen the harmful results of frying in fat. Several studies suggest that the presence of the carcinogen acrylamide — a chemical compound found in certain foods — is reduced by the vacuum frying method.
Generally, atmospheric deep-frying methods apparently do not reduce the presence of this compound. In addition, the vacuum frying machine can lengthen the usage time of oil, which helps to lower the production cost.
